Diagnose and repair the issue with the customer's fiber connection. The ONT appears to be non-functional and requires either replacement or further troubleshooting by a technician.

Labeling materials for identification
Access information:
Access to the customer's premise may be required. Coordinate with the customer for entry and any specific instructions.

Fiber Technician
GlobalConnect assumes that a fiber technician always carries certain standard equipment:
Light meter (dB), OTDR, optical microscope, cleaning tools, extra patch cables of various lengths and connectors, basic fusion splicer, TORX screwdriver T8.
For troubleshooting on European, national, or regional roads, additional information must be provided to the Transport Administration. Notify the client or NOC before starting work.
